Care Worker — UK (Skilled Worker Visa Sponsorship)

BrightCare UK is an NHS-registered provider operating across 120 care homes and community services in England. We are urgently hiring caring and dedicated individuals to join our teams.

Your Role

• Support elderly and vulnerable adults with daily living activities
• Administer medication (after training/certification)
• Maintain accurate care records
• Work under the supervision of registered nurses

• Compassionate and patient personality
• English language level B1 minimum (OET or IELTS Healthcare)
• Previous care experience preferred but not essential — full training provided
• Clean criminal record / police clearance from country of origin

• Skilled Worker visa sponsored by employer at no cost to candidate
• Paid DBS check and training
• Enrolment onto UK Apprenticeship pathway
• 28 days paid leave including bank holidays
• Pension scheme
