Construction Site Supervisor — Qatar (FIFA-Legacy Projects)

Al Baraka Construction Group is delivering a portfolio of high-profile civil and infrastructure projects in Qatar, including road networks, utility installations, and mixed-use developments. We need experienced supervisors to maintain quality and safety standards on site.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations and a direct team of 15–25 workers
• Conduct toolbox talks and enforce HSE procedures
• Liaise with project managers on daily progress reports
• Manage materials, plant and subcontractor coordination

• Minimum 5 years site supervision experience in civil construction
• NEBOSH or IOSH safety qualification preferred
• Experience managing diverse multinational labour teams
• Degree or HND in Civil Engineering or equivalent (desirable)
