About This Opportunity
CloudDesk serves 30,000+ small-business customers in 25 countries. We are expanding our support team to cover French-speaking markets (Côte d'Ivoire, Senegal, Cameroon, France) and need people who can deliver empathetic, effective support.
What you will do
- Respond to customer tickets via Zendesk (target: 4-hour first response)
- Host product onboarding calls for new subscribers via Zoom
- Escalate complex issues to the engineering team with clear documentation
- Identify patterns in customer issues and feed back to product team
Requirements & Eligibility
- Fluent French (C1+) and strong English (B2+)
- 1+ year in customer support, BPO or call centre
- Fast learner with SaaS product experience preferred
- Reliable internet connection (min 20 Mbps) and dedicated workspace
