About This Opportunity
The Helmut-Schmidt Programme (Public Policy and Good Governance) funds highly qualified graduates from developing countries to pursue a Master's degree at selected German universities.
The scholarship covers tuition fees, monthly stipend, travel allowance, health insurance, and German language course prior to studies.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree (minimum grade equivalent to German grade 2.5)
- Minimum 2 years of professional work experience after graduation
- Working knowledge of German or English (B2 level)
- Citizenship of a qualifying developing country
- Aged 36 or under at time of application
