Farm Worker — Seasonal Harvest (Canada — SAWP)

Harvest Canada Farms participates in Canada's flagship Seasonal Agricultural Worker Program — a Government of Canada initiative that allows citizens of Mexico and Caribbean countries to work legally on Canadian farms for up to 8 months per year.

What you will do

• Hand-pick and sort fruits and vegetables according to quality standards
• Operate basic farm machinery (training provided)
• Assist with planting, irrigation, and post-harvest packaging
• Work Monday–Saturday, with optional Sunday overtime

• Minimum 3 months agricultural experience
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather

• No criminal record

• Overtime pay at 1.5× hourly rate
• Workers enrolled in Canadian Employment Insurance
